3. External Check: The officer conducts a full perimeter sweep to check for signs of forced entry.
4. Internal Investigation: If safe, the officer enters the building to identify the cause of the alarm (intruder, technical fault, rodent, etc.).
5. Resolution: The officer resets the alarm and secures the building. If a break-in has occurred, we remain on-site until the building is re-secured.
6. Reporting: You receive a detailed digital report of the incident the following morning—or immediately in serious cases.
